Every Cardholder starts in the BlackTier ,where the basic discount of 10% is applied to every minimum spend of P500 and maximum spend of P15,000.
When a Cardholder reaches 75 Earned Points within 12 months from first use, s/he is promoted from the Black to Silver Tier, where the basic discount is increased to 15% for every minimum spend of P500 and maximum spend of P15,000.
When a Cardholder reaches 225 Earned Points within 12 months from first use, s/he is promoted from the Silver to Gold Tier , where the basic discount is increased to 20% for every minimum spend of P500 and maximum spend of P15,000.
Upon card renewal, the tier status will be determined based on the sum total of points accumulated during the year of renewal, and the points accumulated over the two years prior to the year of renewal. (E.g. card renewal on June 2024 will include all points accumulated over the entirety of 2022 - 2023 and up to June 2024)
In order for the Cardholder to move up a tier after renewal, s/he must accumulate the required Earned Points for the higher tier within the next membership period.
Earned Points indicate which tier the Cardholder is in.
Every time the Cardholder transacts using the Moment Card, Earned Point can be earned depending on the tier the Cardholder belongs to:
In the Black Tier, the Cardholder collects 1 Earned Point for every P200 spend at regular menu price after applying the discounts.
In the Silver Tier, the Cardholder collects 1 Earned Point for every P135 spend at regular menu price after applying the discounts.
In the Gold Tier, the Cardholder collects 1 Earned Point for every P100 spend at regular menu price after applying the discounts.
Active Points can be used by the Cardholder to redeem regularly priced menu items (for example, 1 Sisig = P155 = 155 Active Points required to redeem). Regular menu price excludes service charge. The use of Active Points in redeeming rewards does not affect the Cardholder’s Earned Points throughout the membership year.
Active Points cannot be combined with cash to redeem items.
