The Moment Card is the Moment Group’s digital loyalty card, which entitles the Cardholder to discounts, points, and exclusive rewards in participating Moment establishments.
The Moment Card can be used for dine-in, take-out, or Moment Food delivery and pick-up transactions. It is not valid for third-party delivery transactions (ex. foodpanda, GrabFood, etc).
The Moment Card must be activated through momentcard.ph before it can be used. During registration, one email address will be counted for one Cardholder. A verification email will be sent to the Cardholder’s nominated email address upon registration, after which the digital card will be activated and made accessible through the Cardholder’s momentcard.ph online dashboard.
After the digital card registration and email validation, the Cardholder may choose to either use the Moment Card P500 Discount Digital Coupon, which can be redeemed by presenting his/her QR code found in the Moment Card official website, or the Moment Card Discounts. The Moment Card P500 Discount Digital Coupon and the Moment Card Discounts are only valid for dine-in and take-out transactions. Physical Moment Cards and P500 Discount Physical Coupons will still be accommodated.
Points are earned based on the final bill on the receipt, excluding the service charge. The Cardholder can earn points for dine-in, take-out, and Moment Food delivery and pick-up transactions.
The P500 Discount Digital Coupon value is considered to be used in full with one (1) transaction and will expire one (1) year upon card registration. Change will not be given for purchases lower than the coupon value. Only (1) P500 voucher can be redeemed per purchase, and the P500 voucher is valid only on the Loyalty card number to which it was allocated.
All Moment Card tiered discounts of 10-20% are applied to dine-in and take-out transactions with a minimum spend of P500 and a maximum spend of P15,000 at regular price, and after removing any items redeemed in store via Active Points. To find out the discounts you can get per card tier, go to the How Your Card Works page on the official website.
The Moment Card or P500 Discount Digital Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with government-mandated discounts or store promos, as well as during blackout dates as posted on the Moment Card official website.
The Cardholder may only apply the Moment Card benefit to his/her table or party and is required to present one valid ID along with his/her Moment Card QR code for identification purposes and it's also non-transferable.
Each Cardholder will have a unique Moment Card anniversary, which starts from the date of the card’s first use.
Upon card renewal, the tier status will be determined based on the sum total of points accumulated during the year of renewal, and the points accumulated over the two years prior to the year of renewal. (E.g. card renewal on June 2024 will include all points accumulated over the entirety of 2022 - 2023 and up to June 2024)

Each membership period lasts for 12 months, after which the Cardholder must renew the card up to 30 days after its expiration date. Failure to do so will reset the Cardholder’s Active Points back to zero, and the Cardholder will start earning points again after renewal.
Moment Card renewal is free for Gold Tier Cardholders, and costs P400 for Black and Silver Tier Cardholders.
In order for the Cardholder to move up a tier after renewal, s/he must accumulate the required Earned Points for the higher tier within the next membership period.
Earned Points indicate which tier the Cardholder is in.
Active Points can be used by the Cardholder to redeem regularly priced menu items from any participating TMG establishment (for example, 1 Sisig = P155 = 155 Active Points required to redeem). Regular menu price excludes service charge. The use of Active Points in redeeming rewards does not affect the Cardholder’s Earned Points throughout the membership year.
Active Points cannot be combined with cash to redeem items.
Active Points are valid for two membership years from the date of the card’s first use, provided that the Cardholder renews their Moment Card membership.
The status of Earned and Active Points can be monitored through the official website.
Earned Points from online transactions will be credited to the Cardholder’s account within 48 hours from purchase or spend.
If points are not reflected within 48 hours, please email wecare@momentgroup.ph

Our shops are no longer distributing physical Moment Cards as TMG has officially transitioned to selling the digital cards. Cardholders with physical Moment Cards cards, however, may still use them in-store if they choose to.
If you have lost your physical card, please report the issue by sending us an email at wecare@momentgroup.ph. While your physical card will no longer be replaced, you may still avail of all Moment Card benefits through presenting your Moment Card QR code, which can be accessed when you log into the official website, in participating TMG establishments. Your current membership status and activity (tier, points, etc.) will remain the same.

Cardholders can avail of a one-time 25% discount for either a dine-in or take-out transaction within P3,000 to P5,000 during their birthday month, regardless of tier.
