The Moment Card can be used for dine-in or take-out transactions in all participating TMG establishments. It is not valid for delivery transactions. 
 

The Moment Card must be activated through the official website before it can be used. During registration, one email address will be counted for one Cardholder. A verification email will be sent to the Cardholder upon registration, after which the card will be activated. 
 

After card registration and email validation, the Cardholder may choose to either use the Moment Card P500 Discount Coupon or the Moment Card Discounts. 
 

Moments are earned based on the final bill on the receipt, excluding the service charge. 
 

The P500 Discount Coupon value is considered to be used in full with one (1) transaction. Change will not be given for purchases lower than the coupon value. 
 

All Moment Card tiered discounts of 10-20% are applied to transactions with a minimum spend of P500 and a maximum spend of P15,000 at regular price, and after removing any items redeemed in store via Active Moments. 
 

The Moment Card or P500 Discount Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with government-mandated discounts or store promos, as well as during blackout dates as posted on the Moment Card official website. 
 

The Cardholder may only apply the Moment Card benefit to his/her table or party. 
 

No valid Moment Card presented, no discount and no Earned Moments granted. 
 

The Moment Card is non-returnable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash. 
 

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, a senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher. For split bill transactions, the Moment Card discount will only apply to the bill which is not covered by the Senior Citizen discount. Moments will still be earned on the bill where the senior discount is applied.

Each Cardholder will have a unique Moment Card anniversary, which starts from the date of the card’s first use. 
 

Upon card renewal, the Cardholder will retain the existing tier status from the previous membership period. Earned Moments in this tier must be maintained for the coming year (ex. 75 Earned Moments for Silver), otherwise the Cardholder will move one tier down by the next membership period.

 

Each membership period lasts for 12 months, after which the Cardholder must renew the card up to 30 days after its expiration date. Failure to do so will reset the Cardholder’s Active Moments back to zero, and the Cardholder will start earning Moments again after renewal. 
 

Moment Card renewal is free for Gold Tier Cardholders, and costs P400 for Black and Silver Tier Cardholders. 
 

In order for the Cardholder to move up a tier after renewal, s/he must accumulate the required Earned Moments for the higher tier within the next membership period. 

Earned Moments indicate which tier the Cardholder is in. 
 

Active Moments can be used by the Cardholder to redeem regularly priced menu items from any participating TMG establishment (for example, 1 Sisig = P155 = 155 Active Moments required to redeem). Regular menu price excludes service charge. The use of Active Moments in redeeming rewards does not affect the Cardholder’s Earned Moments throughout the membership year. 
 

Active Moments cannot be combined with cash to redeem items. 
 

Active Moments are valid for two membership years from the date of the card’s first use, provided that the Cardholder renews their Moment Card membership. 
 

The status of Earned and Active Moments can be monitored through the official website. 
 

Earned Moments from online transactions will be credited to the Cardholder’s account within 48 hours from purchase or spend.

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards may be replaced by clicking on the “Lost Your Card” button on the Cardholder’s Dashboard. 
 

A replacement fee of P200 is required upon validation of lost, stolen, or damaged cards, which will be deactivated immediately upon reporting. Once replaced, the same renewal date will apply for the new card. 
 

Replacement cards must be claimed from the chosen participating TMG establishment within 7 days from the date of request.
